Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Please note: During high-demand periods (such as sales or holidays), order processing times may be slightly delayed.

 


 

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 will apply.

Estimated Delivery Time: Shipping Charges:
• We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders.
• For PARTIAL CASH ON DELIVERY orders, also we offer free shipping.

  1. Delivery Timelines:
    • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner does not pick-up on those days.
    • Delivery time ranges from 3–7 business days depending on your location.•Also most of our products are handcrafted, created with love and care,so it may take 8-10 days to be delivered.You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

  2. COD Availability:
    • PARTIAL COD is available for most pin codes across India.
    • Orders above ₹10,000 may require prepaid confirmation.

    All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, or Xpressbees.

 


 

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international locations.
Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on your country and will be calculated at checkout.

    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
    • We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable global delivery.

  2. Delivery Timelines:
    • International orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
    • Delivery time ranges from 7–15 business days depending on the destination.We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays as our logistic partner does not pick-up on those days.

  3. Customs & Duties:
    • Import duties, taxes, or other customs fees may apply based on your country’s regulations.
    • These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

  4. Currency & Payment:
    • All payments are charged in INR. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion charges.
